Staff and students acknowledge positive behaviors in each other, creating a safe and welcoming environment in which everyone feels like they are an integral part of the Aurora Hills Middle School community. A positive school culture and climate is necessary in order for every student to accelerate their learning and for staff to eliminate the barriers to achievement. The items on this list will be used to fill our school store and as giveaway items for weekly celebrations.
This is our PBIS Mission Statement - in order to reward positive behavior within our building we have a school store and weekly giveaways that encourage students to earn points and encourage teachers and staff to reward our student's positive behaviors.
