Parents: If you need to pick up your student(s) before school ends at 3:50, please do so before 3:30. We cannot release students after 3:30 PM. Thank you for understanding!

 
Student check in - must be completed by september 8th  

 If you need assistance with getting your username or password  for the student check-in please email Ms. Valerio at mtvalerio@aurorak12.org.  Do not forget to fill out the free and reduced lunch application as the last step of the process.  This needs to be completed every year, and is extremely important for all families to complete, as a good portion of our student funding is based on the results of this application.  All students need to be checked in by September 8th.  After the 8th we will be un-enrolling students who have not checked in.

Aurora Public Schools (APS) is pleased to provide an on-line opportunity for you to partner with your student’s teacher and school staff in promoting your student’s academic achievement.

Via the web-based Parent Portal tool, you can see your student’s demographic and contact information along with attendance and report card grades.

To set-up your account in the Parent Portal, you will need to come to the Counseling Center at Aurora Hills to obtain your Campus Portal Activation Key (an alpha-numeric code assigned to each household). You will need to bring a picture ID to prove that you are the parent/legal guardian of the student you would like to access. Once you are given your activation key, you will be able to access all your students who attend APS. You will not have to register for each child or at different schools.

Please come by the Counseling Center any school day between 7:30 am - 2:30 pm to be “cyber”-informed. For additional information, please contact the school.
