Why I love to teach
I love to teach because it graciously allows me the ability to pour into others in the way I was lucky enough to have others pour into me. Through teaching, I gain fulfillment from being able to help [young] people understand the world around them as well as the world inside themselves, and to nurture their ability to analyze, critique and change those two worlds. As a teacher I can put my efforts towards providing students with positive and safe experiences of a social institution.
