About me

I have enjoyed working in education for many years and have served in many roles from classroom teacher, p.e. teacher, AVID instructor/coordinator, counselor to schooladministrator. I have served in elementary, middle and high school buildings in Southern California, South Korea, Germany, and Turkey before arriving at Aurora Hills in 2013.

My job

My job is to accelerate learning for every APS student every day. I do my job by leading teachers and influencing students to become active learners both in and out of the classroom. My community needs me to do my job.

Professional background

Favorite pastimes

I enjoy most sports (now, more watching than playing) and spending time with my family which includes my wife and three college-age children. It has been an incredible experience participating in the transformation of young people of Aurora Hills as they take on the task of preparing for high school as they transition into and through adolescence.
